Two years ago during the annual body check up, my family doctor mentioned that I was getting too heavy and it would cause a lot of irreversible health issues down the road if I kept ignoring my body. I was a workaholic and never had time for any exercise. In June 2013, I quit my job and started a new lifestyle. I signed up for the personal training program with coach Kwesi Millington and started my first session at the age of 58. I weighed 171 lbs then at the height of 5’4” ...12 weeks later into the program with intense exercise coaching, diet advice, hard work and sweating, my weight had reduced to 154 lbs. I had lost 17 lbs and gained strength, endurance and flexibility. Subsequent medical check ups revealed much improved body health with good blood pressure and the organs are in good shape. After a year and half training with Kwesi, my body weight is stabilized at 148/150 lbs and I sleep well like a baby. Thank you Kwesi for the training and the advice.
